Where leads leak

4:45pm: "I need this across town today."

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

70%

of mobile searchers have used click to call to reach a business straight from the search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

A law office needs documents delivered before close. They call you. Your dispatcher is on two other lines. It rings out.

They call the next courier on the list, and that courier gets the run, and maybe the account.

Later, the same dispatcher fields "where's my driver?" calls while someone else types proof-of-delivery details into invoicing.

Same-day requests while dispatch is busy

When dispatch is juggling lines, new requests ring out.

After-hours and weekend requests

Urgent jobs don't keep office hours.

"Where's my driver?" calls

Status calls tie up dispatchers.

POD and invoicing by hand

Proof-of-delivery and billing details re-typed between systems.

The offer

Logistics Quote & Paperwork Desk

Every delivery request answered, day or night, missed callers texted back, "where's my driver?" handled from your own data, and POD to invoice without re-typing.

  1. Free AI audit call and a short one-page report

A 30-minute call with Nicolas about how delivery requests, after-hours calls, status questions and billing work today. He reviews your numbers and sends a report covering where requests and hours leak, a rough monthly cost clearly labeled as an estimate, and the 1–3 fixes he'd make first, ranked by payback. It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call.

  2. Your first automation system, built

If it's worth fixing, we build the one system your report ranks first (for example, the after-hours and overflow line) inside your dispatch and accounting tools. Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. First system live fast, with the timeline agreed in writing before we start.

First systems we'd build for courier and delivery companies

  • After-hours and overflow line. Ava answers when dispatch is slammed or the office is closed, takes pickup, drop-off, deadline and contact details, and routes the job to dispatch by your rules.
  • Missed-call text-back. A caller you miss gets a text from your own number automatically, so the run doesn't go to the next courier.
  • "Where's my driver?" answers. Status questions answered from your dispatch or tracking data where your systems allow it. Anything else goes to a dispatcher.
  • POD to invoice without re-typing. Proof of delivery flows into invoicing, a person checks, and overdue invoices get chased on a schedule.
  • New-account follow-up. Businesses that asked about an account get a fast reply and follow-up until they sign or pass.

The risk is on us

The audit is free and the report is yours to keep, even if we never work together. If we build, it's a fixed scope at a fixed price agreed in writing, with a full refund before work starts. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, there's no lock-in, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. See our refund policy.

The Free AI Audit

How it works

This audit covers both calls and written inquiries: how calls are answered, how fast web and email inquiries get a reply, and how quotes and proposals are followed up. It uses your numbers, not industry guesses.

  1. A short intro call

30 minutes, free, booked below. Tell Nicolas how calls, new inquiries and follow-up work today. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you on the call.

  2. Nicolas reviews it

He works from your numbers and, only if you agree, one or two test inquiries at times you choose. We never test your business without telling you first.

  3. A short one-page report

Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. It covers where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost (clearly labeled as an estimate), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

What the audit looks at for courier and delivery companies

  • How many calls ring out while dispatch is busy
  • What happens to requests after hours and on weekends
  • How many status calls come in each day
  • Whether missed callers get a text, and how fast
  • How proof of delivery gets from drivers to invoicing
  • How overdue invoices are chased

What we don't do: call your business pretending to be a customer without telling you, share your numbers, or use them for anything else.

After the audit

What we fix

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

100×

lower odds of reaching a web lead by phone when it was called at 30 minutes instead of within 5 minutes.

Industry data: Lead Response Management Study (MIT / InsideSales.com), 2007

If the audit finds something worth fixing, you get a fixed-price plan in writing. There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. You'll know the cost before any work starts.

Ava, 24/7 AI receptionist

Answers every call, takes pickup and drop-off details, deadlines and contact info, and routes the job to dispatch by your rules, day or night.

Missed-call text-back

A missed caller gets a text from your number automatically, so the run doesn't go to the next courier.

Lead follow-up

Web and email requests acknowledged automatically. New-account inquiries followed up until they sign or pass.

Office automation

Status updates from your dispatch data where it allows, POD to invoice without re-typing, and overdue-invoice chasing.

Free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

47%

of mobile searchers say they're more likely to look at other brands if a business has no phone number in its search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

Not phone-heavy, or want to start smaller? We check your public website: your Google PageSpeed scores, whether calling or booking is obvious on a phone, your basic search setup, and whether ChatGPT and other answer engines recommend you or a competitor for searches like "same day courier near me". It's free: you get a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. Nothing to install, and we only look at what's public.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so the report is a dated snapshot, not a ranking.

Proof, honestly

We're new. Here's how we earn your trust.

We don't have case studies to show you yet, and we won't make any up. Instead: the audit is free and you keep the report; you can hear the system working before you spend a dollar; and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends you the report.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • Owner-led courier or delivery company with 5–200 staff
  • Same-day and urgent requests come by phone
  • Dispatchers juggle calls and status questions
  • POD and billing involve re-typing

Probably not a fit

  • Drivers who only work through a gig app
  • Companies where every order comes through a client portal
  • You want a cheap monthly app to configure yourself

FAQ

Straight answers

Questions from courier and delivery companies

Can Ava book jobs straight into dispatch?

Where your dispatch software allows it, yes. Otherwise she collects the details and alerts your dispatcher. We confirm which on the intro call.

Can it answer "where's my driver?"

Where your dispatch or tracking data allows it. We'll confirm what your systems can share before promising anything.

We're a small fleet.

Small fleets often feel every missed call. The audit shows whether it's worth fixing; if not, we'll say so.

Will it answer customers with wrong information?

It only answers with what you approve and what your systems actually show. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person, and a person stays in charge of refunds and anything touching money.

Common objections

How much does it cost?

There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. The audit is free. If you want help afterwards, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts: no day rates and no surprise invoices.

What exactly is in the free AI audit?

A one-page report: where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost estimate (clearly labeled as an estimate and built only from your numbers), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It's how we find out whether we can help. You keep the report either way, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you. You can also start with the free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit.

How long does the report take?

It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. There's no fixed turnaround, because it depends on what the audit needs to look at.

We already have a receptionist, an answering service or someone on it.

Good. The audit is still a useful check: it shows what happens to the calls and inquiries that slip past (lunch, after hours, two lines ringing at once, the busy weeks). If everything's covered, you'll have that in writing, and we'll tell you there's nothing to fix.

AI sounds robotic. My customers won't like it.

That's the right worry. Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. If Ava isn't good enough for your customers, we shouldn't build it. She can hand off to a person whenever you want.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide how Ava introduces herself, but we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Does it work with my software?

We build inside the tools you already use. Tell us what you run (your dispatch software (for example CXT, e-Courier or Onfleet) and accounting) on the intro call, and we'll confirm exactly how we'd connect to it before you commit to anything.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Ava and missed-call text-back run on your existing number.

How fast is the first system live?

Fast. We start with one system and build it inside your existing tools, and the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Is there a contract? What if I want out?

Builds are a fixed scope at a fixed price, usually a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is optional, billed monthly, and can be canceled any month. Before work starts, you get a full refund. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, so nothing is held hostage. See our refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Systems are built inside your own tools and accounts. Your data stays yours, it's never used to train anyone else's software, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. We'll map exactly what each piece touches on the intro call.

We tried automation before and it didn't work.

That's common, often because it was a big project that never shipped, or nobody owned it after launch. We start small: fixed scope up front, one system first, built in your tools, with a person in charge. Tell us what broke last time, and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd hit the same wall.

We're too small, or too busy, for this.

Could be, and we'll tell you if so. The audit sometimes finds nothing worth fixing. But small teams often lose the most per missed inquiry, because the owner is the one on the job. The call is 30 minutes, and you can book a slot a few weeks out.

Who will I talk to?

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends the report.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're new, and we'd rather show you a live demo and a free AI audit than invent numbers.
