Where leads leak

Launch week: the new-business inquiry waits behind the press release.

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

23%

of 2,241 US companies audited never responded to a web inquiry at all.

Industry data: Harvard Business Review, 2011

Your team is deep in a client launch. A prospective client fills in your contact form. Nobody sees it until Friday.

Then there's month-end: someone builds coverage reports by hand, clipping by clipping, for every client.

Media relationships need people. The admin around them doesn't.

New-business inquiries during busy weeks

Inquiries wait when the whole team is on a launch.

Proposals with one follow-up

Proposals often go quiet without steady follow-up.

Coverage reports by hand

Hours of compiling that nobody can bill.

Client onboarding and approvals

Briefs, messaging approvals and spokesperson availability, chased by email.

Rough estimate

What could this be costing you?

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

~7×

as likely to qualify a web lead when the firm tried to contact it within an hour, compared with trying even an hour later.

Industry data: Harvard Business Review, 2011

Put in your own numbers to see your own rough estimate. Nothing is filled in for you, and nothing here is data about your business or your industry.

Your estimate, based on the numbers you enter. Not a quote or a promise. It's the value of work that may be slipping away, not a price for our services. The free AI audit replaces it with your real numbers.

The Free AI Audit

How it works

This is the form, inbox and proposal version of the audit: how fast new inquiries get a first reply, what happens out of hours, and how quotes and proposals are followed up. It uses your numbers, not industry guesses.

  1. A short intro call

30 minutes, free, booked below. Tell Nicolas how new inquiries, follow-up and proposals work today. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you on the call.

  2. Nicolas reviews it

He works from your numbers and, only if you agree, one or two test inquiries at times you choose. We never test your business without telling you first.

  3. A short one-page report

Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. It covers where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost (clearly labeled as an estimate), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

What the audit looks at for PR agencies

  • How fast new-business inquiries get a first reply
  • How proposals are followed up
  • Hours per month spent compiling coverage reports
  • How approvals and briefs are collected from clients
  • Where data gets re-typed between your monitoring tool, reports and invoicing
  • Which internal status updates could run automatically

What we don't do: call your business pretending to be a customer without telling you, share your numbers, or use them for anything else.

After the audit

What we fix

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

100×

lower odds of reaching a web lead by phone when it was called at 30 minutes instead of within 5 minutes.

Industry data: Lead Response Management Study (MIT / InsideSales.com), 2007

If the audit finds something worth fixing, you get a fixed-price plan in writing. There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. You'll know the cost before any work starts.

Ava, 24/7 AI receptionist

Optional: if prospects call, Ava answers, qualifies and books an intro call with the right person.

Missed-call text-back

A missed call from a prospect gets a text from your agency's number automatically.

Lead follow-up

New-business inquiries answered fast. Proposals followed up on a schedule, in your voice.

Office automation

Coverage reports assembled on a schedule from your monitoring tool, reviewed by your team before they go out. Approval requests that chase themselves.

Hear Ava for yourself

Talk to Ava on our live demo, like one of your customers would. The demo is set up as an HVAC company; yours would know your business, hours and rules. Demo bookings are pretend.

Free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

47%

of mobile searchers say they're more likely to look at other brands if a business has no phone number in its search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

Not phone-heavy, or want to start smaller? We check your public website: your Google PageSpeed scores, whether calling or booking is obvious on a phone, your basic search setup, and whether ChatGPT and other answer engines recommend you or a competitor for searches like "PR agency for startups in your city". It's free: you get a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. Nothing to install, and we only look at what's public.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so the report is a dated snapshot, not a ranking.

Proof, honestly

We're new. Here's how we earn your trust.

We don't have case studies to show you yet, and we won't make any up. Instead: the audit is free and you keep the report; you can hear the system working before you spend a dollar; and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends you the report.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • Owner-led PR agency with 5–200 staff
  • New business comes from inbound inquiries and proposals
  • Coverage reporting takes hours each month
  • You want it on your own accounts

Probably not a fit

  • Solo publicists
  • Holding-company networks with central ops teams
  • Anyone wanting automated media pitching (we won't build that)

FAQ

Straight answers

Questions from PR agencies

Will it pitch journalists for us?

No. We don't automate media relationships. We automate the admin around them, so your team spends more time on the work that needs people.

Our reports need judgment, not just numbers.

Agreed. Automation assembles the coverage and the numbers. Your team adds the judgment and approves every report before it goes out.

We're small and senior-heavy.

That often makes admin more expensive, not less. The audit shows whether it's worth fixing; if not, we'll say so.

Common objections

How much does it cost?

There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. The audit is free. If you want help afterwards, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts: no day rates and no surprise invoices.

What exactly is in the free AI audit?

A one-page report: where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost estimate (clearly labeled as an estimate and built only from your numbers), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It's how we find out whether we can help. You keep the report either way, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you. You can also start with the free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit.

How long does the report take?

It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. There's no fixed turnaround, because it depends on what the audit needs to look at.

We already have a receptionist, an answering service or someone on it.

Good. The audit is still a useful check: it shows what happens to the calls and inquiries that slip past (lunch, after hours, two lines ringing at once, the busy weeks). If everything's covered, you'll have that in writing, and we'll tell you there's nothing to fix.

AI sounds robotic. My customers won't like it.

That's the right worry. Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. If Ava isn't good enough for your customers, we shouldn't build it. She can hand off to a person whenever you want.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide how Ava introduces herself, but we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Does it work with my software?

We build inside the tools you already use. Tell us what you run (Muck Rack, Cision, Google Workspace or your CRM) on the intro call, and we'll confirm exactly how we'd connect to it before you commit to anything.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Ava and missed-call text-back run on your existing number.

How fast is the first system live?

Fast. We start with one system and build it inside your existing tools, and the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Is there a contract? What if I want out?

Builds are a fixed scope at a fixed price, usually a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is optional, billed monthly, and can be canceled any month. Before work starts, you get a full refund. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, so nothing is held hostage. See our refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Systems are built inside your own tools and accounts. Your data stays yours, it's never used to train anyone else's software, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. We'll map exactly what each piece touches on the intro call.

We tried automation before and it didn't work.

That's common, often because it was a big project that never shipped, or nobody owned it after launch. We start small: fixed scope up front, one system first, built in your tools, with a person in charge. Tell us what broke last time, and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd hit the same wall.

We're too small, or too busy, for this.

Could be, and we'll tell you if so. The audit sometimes finds nothing worth fixing. But small teams often lose the most per missed inquiry, because the owner is the one on the job. The call is 30 minutes, and you can book a slot a few weeks out.

Who will I talk to?

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends the report.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're new, and we'd rather show you a live demo and a free AI audit than invent numbers.
