Ava answers every call, day or night, collects the address and the details your crew needs, and alerts your on-call lead by your rules. Missed callers get a text back automatically. The paperwork that follows gets chased automatically. You own all of it.

Where leads leak

The first company to answer often gets the job.

At 2am, a homeowner or property manager is standing in an inch of water. They call restoration companies until someone picks up.

If your line goes to voicemail, they don't wait. And it's not only homeowners: plumbers, property managers and adjusters who refer work want a fast answer too.

After the job, the documents, photos and signatures still need chasing, which takes hours your office doesn't have.

Middle-of-the-night emergencies

The calls that matter most come when nobody is at a desk.

Calls during active jobs

Crews on a mitigation job can't always pick up the next call.

Referral-partner calls

Plumbers, property managers and adjusters remember who answered, and who didn't.

Paperwork that stalls

Documents, photos and signatures that go unchased slow down every job.

Your estimate, based on the numbers you enter. Not a quote or a promise. It's the value of work that may be slipping away, not a price for our services. The free AI audit replaces it with your real numbers.

The Free AI Audit

How it works

This is the phone version of the audit: how calls are answered, what happens to missed and after-hours calls, how fast people hear back, and how quotes are followed up. It uses your numbers, not industry guesses.

  1. A short intro call

30 minutes, free, booked below. Tell Nicolas how calls, after-hours calls and quotes work today. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you on the call.

  2. Nicolas reviews it

He works from your numbers and, only if you agree, one or two test inquiries at times you choose. We never test your business without telling you first.

  3. A short one-page report

Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. It covers where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost (clearly labeled as an estimate), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

What the audit looks at for restoration companies

  • What a caller gets at night and on weekends today
  • How fast the on-call person is reached, and with what details
  • How many calls get missed during active jobs
  • How referral-partner calls are handled
  • Whether missed callers get a text, and how fast
  • Where documents, photos and signatures stall after the job

What we don't do: call your business pretending to be a customer without telling you, share your numbers, or use them for anything else.

After the audit

What we fix

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

100×

lower odds of reaching a web lead by phone when it was called at 30 minutes instead of within 5 minutes.

Industry data: Lead Response Management Study (MIT / InsideSales.com), 2007

If the audit finds something worth fixing, you get a fixed-price plan in writing. There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. You'll know the cost before any work starts.

Ava, 24/7 AI receptionist

Answers 24/7, asks your questions (what happened, is water still running, address, who's calling), and alerts your on-call lead with the details, by your rules.

Missed-call text-back

Anyone whose call slips through gets a text from your own number automatically, so they don't move on to the next company.

Lead follow-up

Every inquiry and referral answered fast. Every estimate followed up on a schedule, in your voice.

Office automation

Reminders for the documents, photos and signatures you need, job status updates, invoice chasing and a weekly summary.

Free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

47%

of mobile searchers say they're more likely to look at other brands if a business has no phone number in its search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

Not phone-heavy, or want to start smaller? We check your public website: your Google PageSpeed scores, whether calling or booking is obvious on a phone, your basic search setup, and whether ChatGPT and other answer engines recommend you or a competitor for searches like "water damage restoration near me 24 hour". It's free: you get a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. Nothing to install, and we only look at what's public.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so the report is a dated snapshot, not a ranking.

Proof, honestly

We're new. Here's how we earn your trust.

We don't have case studies to show you yet, and we won't make any up. Instead: the audit is free and you keep the report; you can hear the system working before you spend a dollar; and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends you the report.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • Owner-led restoration company with 5–200 staff
  • Emergency calls come at all hours
  • You rely on referral partners
  • Paperwork slows your jobs down

Probably not a fit

  • A staffed 24/7 dispatch center already answers every call
  • Your work comes only through a national program's dispatch
  • You want a cheap monthly app to configure yourself

FAQ

Straight answers

Questions from restoration companies

Can Ava dispatch my crew?

She alerts and texts your on-call person by your rules, with the caller's details and address. The decision to roll a truck stays with your team.

Do you handle insurance billing or claims?

No. We automate reminders and paperwork steps inside your tools. We don't give insurance advice or make billing decisions, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money.

Will she sound calm with a panicked caller?

Don't take our word for it: listen to the demo and judge. If she isn't good enough for your callers, we shouldn't build it.

Common objections

How much does it cost?

There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. The audit is free. If you want help afterwards, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts: no day rates and no surprise invoices.

What exactly is in the free AI audit?

A one-page report: where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost estimate (clearly labeled as an estimate and built only from your numbers), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It's how we find out whether we can help. You keep the report either way, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you. You can also start with the free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit.

How long does the report take?

It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. There's no fixed turnaround, because it depends on what the audit needs to look at.

We already have a receptionist, an answering service or someone on it.

Good. The audit is still a useful check: it shows what happens to the calls and inquiries that slip past (lunch, after hours, two lines ringing at once, the busy weeks). If everything's covered, you'll have that in writing, and we'll tell you there's nothing to fix.

AI sounds robotic. My customers won't like it.

That's the right worry. Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. If Ava isn't good enough for your customers, we shouldn't build it. She can hand off to a person whenever you want.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide how Ava introduces herself, but we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Does it work with my software?

We build inside the tools you already use. Tell us what you run (your job management software, CRM and calendar) on the intro call, and we'll confirm exactly how we'd connect to it before you commit to anything.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Ava and missed-call text-back run on your existing number.

How fast is the first system live?

Fast. We start with one system and build it inside your existing tools, and the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Is there a contract? What if I want out?

Builds are a fixed scope at a fixed price, usually a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is optional, billed monthly, and can be canceled any month. Before work starts, you get a full refund. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, so nothing is held hostage. See our refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Systems are built inside your own tools and accounts. Your data stays yours, it's never used to train anyone else's software, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. We'll map exactly what each piece touches on the intro call.

We tried automation before and it didn't work.

That's common, often because it was a big project that never shipped, or nobody owned it after launch. We start small: fixed scope up front, one system first, built in your tools, with a person in charge. Tell us what broke last time, and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd hit the same wall.

We're too small, or too busy, for this.

Could be, and we'll tell you if so. The audit sometimes finds nothing worth fixing. But small teams often lose the most per missed inquiry, because the owner is the one on the job. The call is 30 minutes, and you can book a slot a few weeks out.

Who will I talk to?

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends the report.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're new, and we'd rather show you a live demo and a free AI audit than invent numbers.
