Where leads leak

The remodel lead you answered on Thursday booked someone on Wednesday.

70%

of mobile searchers have used click to call to reach a business straight from the search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

A homeowner sends a kitchen remodel inquiry through your website on Tuesday. You're on a job site. You reply Thursday.

By then, they've booked walkthroughs with two other contractors.

And the bids you do send? A bid for a kitchen, a bath or an addition often gets one follow-up, then weeks of silence.

Estimate requests that wait days

Homeowners often contact several contractors at once. The first thoughtful reply gets the walkthrough.

Calls during site visits

When you're walking a job, the phone goes to voicemail.

Bids sent once

Big projects take weeks to decide. Without steady follow-up, bids go quiet.

Office admin

Schedule updates, change-order paperwork and sub coordination eat the evenings.

The Free AI Audit

How it works

This audit covers both calls and written inquiries: how calls are answered, how fast web and email inquiries get a reply, and how quotes and proposals are followed up. It uses your numbers, not industry guesses.

  1. A short intro call

30 minutes, free, booked below. Tell Nicolas how calls, new inquiries and follow-up work today. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you on the call.

  2. Nicolas reviews it

He works from your numbers and, only if you agree, one or two test inquiries at times you choose. We never test your business without telling you first.

  3. A short one-page report

Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. It covers where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost (clearly labeled as an estimate), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

What the audit looks at for general contractors and remodelers

  • How fast new web and phone inquiries get a first reply
  • Whether leads are screened (project type, budget range, timeline) before a walkthrough
  • How many calls get missed during site visits
  • How bids are followed up, and for how long
  • Where change orders, schedule updates and invoices create re-typing
  • Whether past clients get asked for reviews and referrals

What we don't do: call your business pretending to be a customer without telling you, share your numbers, or use them for anything else.

After the audit

What we fix

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

100×

lower odds of reaching a web lead by phone when it was called at 30 minutes instead of within 5 minutes.

Industry data: Lead Response Management Study (MIT / InsideSales.com), 2007

If the audit finds something worth fixing, you get a fixed-price plan in writing. There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. You'll know the cost before any work starts.

Ava, 24/7 AI receptionist

Answers calls when you're on site, asks your screening questions (project type, budget range, timeline, location) and books walkthroughs onto your calendar.

Missed-call text-back

A caller you missed on site gets a text from your own number automatically, so the lead stays warm.

Lead follow-up

Every bid followed up on a schedule that fits a long sales cycle, in your voice, stopping the moment they reply.

Office automation

Schedule updates to clients, change-order and document reminders, invoice chasing and a weekly pipeline summary.

Free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

47%

of mobile searchers say they're more likely to look at other brands if a business has no phone number in its search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

Not phone-heavy, or want to start smaller? We check your public website: your Google PageSpeed scores, whether calling or booking is obvious on a phone, your basic search setup, and whether ChatGPT and other answer engines recommend you or a competitor for searches like "kitchen remodeling contractor near me". It's free: you get a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. Nothing to install, and we only look at what's public.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so the report is a dated snapshot, not a ranking.

Proof, honestly

We're new. Here's how we earn your trust.

We don't have case studies to show you yet, and we won't make any up. Instead: the audit is free and you keep the report; you can hear the system working before you spend a dollar; and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends you the report.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • Owner-led GC or remodeling company with 5–200 staff
  • Leads arrive by web form and phone
  • Bids often go out with little follow-up
  • Admin eats evenings and weekends

Probably not a fit

  • All your work comes from public bid boards
  • A full-time sales coordinator already answers and follows up on everything
  • You want a cheap monthly app to configure yourself

FAQ

Straight answers

Questions from general contractors and remodelers

We're selective about jobs. Can it screen leads?

Yes. You choose the questions (project type, budget range, timeline, location) and the rules for who gets a walkthrough. Leads that don't fit get a polite reply.

Our sales cycle is weeks or months.

Follow-up can be spaced out over weeks and stops when they reply. You set the timing and the wording.

Will it talk to my subs or suppliers?

Only if you want it to, and only for routine things like schedule reminders. Anything touching money or customers stays with a person.

Common objections

How much does it cost?

There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. The audit is free. If you want help afterwards, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts: no day rates and no surprise invoices.

What exactly is in the free AI audit?

A one-page report: where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost estimate (clearly labeled as an estimate and built only from your numbers), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It's how we find out whether we can help. You keep the report either way, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you. You can also start with the free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit.

How long does the report take?

It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. There's no fixed turnaround, because it depends on what the audit needs to look at.

We already have a receptionist, an answering service or someone on it.

Good. The audit is still a useful check: it shows what happens to the calls and inquiries that slip past (lunch, after hours, two lines ringing at once, the busy weeks). If everything's covered, you'll have that in writing, and we'll tell you there's nothing to fix.

AI sounds robotic. My customers won't like it.

That's the right worry. Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. If Ava isn't good enough for your customers, we shouldn't build it. She can hand off to a person whenever you want.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide how Ava introduces herself, but we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Does it work with my software?

We build inside the tools you already use. Tell us what you run (Buildertrend, JobTread, Houzz Pro or a plain CRM and calendar) on the intro call, and we'll confirm exactly how we'd connect to it before you commit to anything.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Ava and missed-call text-back run on your existing number.

How fast is the first system live?

Fast. We start with one system and build it inside your existing tools, and the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Is there a contract? What if I want out?

Builds are a fixed scope at a fixed price, usually a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is optional, billed monthly, and can be canceled any month. Before work starts, you get a full refund. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, so nothing is held hostage. See our refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Systems are built inside your own tools and accounts. Your data stays yours, it's never used to train anyone else's software, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. We'll map exactly what each piece touches on the intro call.

We tried automation before and it didn't work.

That's common, often because it was a big project that never shipped, or nobody owned it after launch. We start small: fixed scope up front, one system first, built in your tools, with a person in charge. Tell us what broke last time, and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd hit the same wall.

We're too small, or too busy, for this.

Could be, and we'll tell you if so. The audit sometimes finds nothing worth fixing. But small teams often lose the most per missed inquiry, because the owner is the one on the job. The call is 30 minutes, and you can book a slot a few weeks out.

Who will I talk to?

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends the report.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're new, and we'd rather show you a live demo and a free AI audit than invent numbers.
