For owner-operated businesses · the owner still runs the day-to-day

Stop being your own front desk. Get your evenings back.

When the owner is also the receptionist, the estimator and the bookkeeper, things slip: the call you couldn't take on a job, the quote you meant to send, the invoice nobody chased. We find where that happens, then build the systems that take it off your plate, inside the tools you already use. You own all of it.

Where leads leak

You're on a job. The phone buzzes. Then it buzzes again.

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

70%

of mobile searchers have used click to call to reach a business straight from the search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

You can't pick up, so it goes to voicemail. If they don't leave a message, you can't tell who called or whether they tried someone else.

That night, after dinner, you sit down to return calls, write up the quotes you promised and send last week's invoices. Some of it gets done. Some of it waits for the weekend.

Nobody's doing anything wrong. You're doing three jobs at once. But every missed call and every quote nobody chased was work you'd already earned a shot at.

Calls you can't take on the job

When the owner is the one doing the work, daytime calls slip as often as after-hours ones.

Quotes written late, sent once

Quotes wait for a free evening, go out with no follow-up, and then go quiet.

Invoices and chasing by hand

Billing waits for the weekend, and overdue invoices get chased whenever you remember.

Everything runs through you

Scheduling, reminders and who-owes-what live in your head, so nothing moves when you're busy or away.

The offer

The Owner's Front Desk & Back Office

Calls answered while you work, quotes followed up, and invoices sent and chased, by systems built in your own tools, so less of the business waits on you.

  1. Free AI audit call and a short one-page report

A 30-minute call with Nicolas about where your week goes: calls, quotes, invoices and the admin you do at night. He reviews it and sends a report covering where work slips, a rough monthly cost clearly labeled as an estimate, and the 1–3 fixes he'd make first, ranked by payback. It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call.

  2. Your first automation system, built

If it's worth fixing, we build the one system your report ranks first (for example, answering and text-back for the calls you miss on the job) inside the tools you already use, set up so it runs without you babysitting it. Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. First system live fast, with the timeline agreed in writing before we start.

First systems we'd build for owner-operated businesses

  • On-the-job call answering. Ava answers when you can't, books onto your calendar and texts you a summary of every call.
  • Missed-call text-back. Anyone whose call you miss gets a text from your own number automatically, and the conversation keeps going until they're booked.
  • Quote follow-up. Every quote followed up on a schedule you set, in your voice, until they say yes or no. It stops the moment they reply.
  • Invoicing and overdue chasing. Invoices sent when the job is marked done and overdue ones chased politely, so billing stops waiting for the weekend.
  • Reminders and a weekly summary. Appointment reminders for your customers, and one short summary for you each week: calls, quotes out, money owed.

The risk is on us

The audit is free and the report is yours to keep, even if we never work together. If we build, it's a fixed scope at a fixed price agreed in writing, with a full refund before work starts. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, there's no lock-in, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. See our refund policy.

Your estimated work at risk per monthEnter your three numbers to see your estimate.

Your estimate, based on the numbers you enter. Not a quote or a promise. It's the value of work that may be slipping away, not a price for our services. The free AI audit replaces it with your real numbers.

The Free AI Audit

How it works

This audit covers both calls and written inquiries: how calls are answered, how fast web and email inquiries get a reply, and how quotes and proposals are followed up. It uses your numbers, not industry guesses.

  1. A short intro call

30 minutes, free, booked below. Tell Nicolas how calls, new inquiries and follow-up work today. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you on the call.

  2. Nicolas reviews it

He works from your numbers and, only if you agree, one or two test inquiries at times you choose. We never test your business without telling you first.

  3. A short one-page report

Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. It covers where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost (clearly labeled as an estimate), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

What the audit looks at for owner-operated businesses

  • How many calls you miss while you're working, and what those callers get: voicemail, nothing, or a callback later
  • What happens to calls and messages after hours and on weekends
  • How long a quote takes to go out after someone asks, and how it's followed up
  • How invoices get sent and overdue ones chased, and how much of your week that takes
  • Which admin jobs you do yourself every week that a system could do: scheduling, reminders, re-typing
  • What you already pay for (phone, calendar, invoicing, CRM) and what's sitting unused

What we don't do: call your business pretending to be a customer without telling you, share your numbers, or use them for anything else.

After the audit

What we fix

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

100×

lower odds of reaching a web lead by phone when it was called at 30 minutes instead of within 5 minutes.

Industry data: Lead Response Management Study (MIT / InsideSales.com), 2007

If the audit finds something worth fixing, you get a fixed-price plan in writing. There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. You'll know the cost before any work starts.

Free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit

By the numbers · industry data, not our results

47%

of mobile searchers say they're more likely to look at other brands if a business has no phone number in its search results.

Industry data: Google / Ipsos, The Role of Click to Call, 2013

Not phone-heavy, or want to start smaller? We check your public website: your Google PageSpeed scores, whether calling or booking is obvious on a phone, your basic search setup, and whether ChatGPT and other answer engines recommend you or a competitor for searches like "landscaping company near me". It's free: you get a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. Nothing to install, and we only look at what's public.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so the report is a dated snapshot, not a ranking.

Proof, honestly

We're new. Here's how we earn your trust.

We don't have case studies to show you yet, and we won't make any up. Instead: the audit is free and you keep the report; you can hear the system working before you spend a dollar; and if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Who you'll talk to

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends you the report.

Is this for you?

Good fit

  • You own the business and still do a lot of the work yourself
  • Calls, quotes or invoices wait until you're free
  • A team of about 5–50 people with no full-time office manager
  • You'd rather own the system than pay for another app you have to run

Probably not a fit

  • An office manager already answers every call and chases every quote
  • Work comes from one or two big accounts and the phone is quiet
  • You want a cheap monthly app to configure yourself

FAQ

Straight answers

Questions from owner-operated businesses

I'm not a tech person. Will I have to learn a new system?

No. We build inside what you already use, set it up for you and show you how it works. Anything that needs you comes to you as a text or an email.

What would you build first?

Whatever your audit ranks first by payback, using your numbers. For one owner that's the calls missed on the job; for another it's quotes and invoices waiting for the weekend. One system first, then you decide whether to add the next.

My industry isn't on your list. Is this still for me?

Probably. If you run the business, still do a lot of the work, and calls, quotes or invoices wait on you, the audit applies. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you on the call.

Will my customers know it's not me?

You decide how Ava introduces herself and what she can handle. Anything she shouldn't handle comes straight to you, and we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Common objections

How much does it cost?

There's no public price list, because every business runs different tools and has different leaks. The audit is free. If you want help afterwards, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts: no day rates and no surprise invoices.

What exactly is in the free AI audit?

A one-page report: where your leads leak, a rough monthly cost estimate (clearly labeled as an estimate and built only from your numbers), and the 1–3 fixes we'd make first, ranked by payback. It's yours to keep.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It's how we find out whether we can help. You keep the report either way, and if there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you. You can also start with the free Website & ChatGPT Visibility Audit.

How long does the report take?

It's a short one-page report, and Nicolas gives you a date for it on the call. There's no fixed turnaround, because it depends on what the audit needs to look at.

We already have a receptionist, an answering service or someone on it.

Good. The audit is still a useful check: it shows what happens to the calls and inquiries that slip past (lunch, after hours, two lines ringing at once, the busy weeks). If everything's covered, you'll have that in writing, and we'll tell you there's nothing to fix.

AI sounds robotic. My customers won't like it.

That's the right worry. Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. If Ava isn't good enough for your customers, we shouldn't build it. She can hand off to a person whenever you want.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide how Ava introduces herself, but we don't recommend pretending she's a person.

Does it work with my software?

We build inside the tools you already use. Tell us what you run (QuickBooks, Jobber, Square, Google Calendar, or just your phone and email) on the intro call, and we'll confirm exactly how we'd connect to it before you commit to anything.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Ava and missed-call text-back run on your existing number.

How fast is the first system live?

Fast. We start with one system and build it inside your existing tools, and the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Is there a contract? What if I want out?

Builds are a fixed scope at a fixed price, usually a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is optional, billed monthly, and can be canceled any month. Before work starts, you get a full refund. You own the setup, scripts, data and logins, so nothing is held hostage. See our refund policy.

Is my data safe?

Systems are built inside your own tools and accounts. Your data stays yours, it's never used to train anyone else's software, and a person stays in charge of anything touching money or customers. We'll map exactly what each piece touches on the intro call.

We tried automation before and it didn't work.

That's common, often because it was a big project that never shipped, or nobody owned it after launch. We start small: fixed scope up front, one system first, built in your tools, with a person in charge. Tell us what broke last time, and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd hit the same wall.

We're too small, or too busy, for this.

Could be, and we'll tell you if so. The audit sometimes finds nothing worth fixing. But small teams often lose the most per missed inquiry, because the owner is the one on the job. The call is 30 minutes, and you can book a slot a few weeks out.

Who will I talk to?

Nicolas Sposato, CEO of Executive Automation. He runs the intro call, reviews your audit himself and sends the report.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're new, and we'd rather show you a live demo and a free AI audit than invent numbers.
